How It Works

The PicoWay Laser System is a picosecond laser that uses ultra-short, evenly spaced pulses to deliver consistent treatment results. Picosecond lasers are so quick, they create a photoacoustic effect instead of thermal. By not producing heat during treatments, the chances of hypo- or hyper- pigmentation and scarring are greatly reduced. The PicoWay Laser System is one of the most effective and safe lasers used for ink removal and skin rejuvenation.

• The PicoWay Laser System is FDA and CE cleared to treat acne scars, wrinkles, benign pigmented lesions, and melasma, and cleared for the removal of a variety of tattoo ink colors including hard to remove blues and greens.

• Safe for a variety of skin tones. Because picosecond lasers create low amounts of heat unlike other types of lasers, they are safe to use on skin tones that contain greater amounts of melanin. PicoWay Resolve

The PicoWay Resolve handpiece splits a central beam into 100 smaller beams that have a wider coverage area. The beams create tiny open spaces within the skin’s cells, which the body then fills naturally with collagen and elastin. The PicoWay Resolve is used during our laser skin rejuvenation treatments.
